The Foundation's founder, president and CEO, the Rev. Dr. Isaac I. Ihiasota, has traveled on free medical mission trips to Nigeria, nineteen (19) times! The first trip was made possible by a gift donation from his parishioner and motivated by the words of Jesus to: "Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give." (Matthew 10:8, NIV).
On this first mission trip, Father Isaac carried with him several excess suitcases of medical supplies and medicines from World Medical Relief, Inc., Detroit, (now, in Southfield) Michigan. He's continued to travel yearly, with the prayers, support and gift donations of organizations, churches, and individuals (his friends and parishioners, former and current), who share his passion and vision of providing free healthcare, giving hope, saving lives and healing the sick, the poor, the needy, and less privileged, who have no access to primary healthcare.
By accident (or by providence, really), Dr. Julius I. Nwosu, the president and CEO, Community Healthcare Network-NG met Father Isaac in New York! He persuaded and convinced Father Isaac to partnership with him on a free medical mission trip to Nigeria.

In July 2018, they traveled together with a New York based organization: Franklin, Jr. Foundation. Working in collaboration with local healthcare professionals: doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and volunteers, they were able to treat about one thousand five hundred (1,500) patients in two (2) days! In April 2019, Father Isaac founded and formed a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, non-governmental, public charity organization: Father Isaac's Foundation, Inc. The foundation provides free healthcare, to the poor, the needy and less privileged. It heals the sick, gives hope, saves and transforms lives, and improves health care in the place where it serves.
