Right Use Policy

This gallery contains photos and videos from past free medical mission programs of Father Isaac's Foundation, Inc., and our Medical Mission Partner, Community Healthcare Network-Ng. The foundation reserves the right to use any photo or video taken at these free medical mission programs, without the expressed written permission of those included in the photos or videos.

Privacy Statement

The foundation may use these photos or videos in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the foundation, including but not limited to websites, television, banners, flyers, brochures, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without the approval from the individual, parent or legal guardian.

A person attending our free medical mission programs who does not wish to have his or her image recorded for distribution should make his or her wishes known to the photographer, and/or the free mission organizers. And/or in writing of the intentions not to be included in a photo or video, by contacting us by US postal mail or by email.

The foundation will honor the request, and use it for identification purposes only, and will hold it in confidence. By participating in our free medical mission programs or by failing to notify the foundation in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by the foundation, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Father Isaac's Foundation, Inc., and our Medical Mission Partner, Community Healthcare Network-Ng from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Written Permission

Any person or organization not affiliated with Father Isaac’s Foundation, Inc., may not use, copy, alter or modify the foundation’s photos, videos or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Father Isaac’s Foundation, Inc., and our Medical Mission Partner, Community Healthcare Network-Ng.
