By participating in the free medical mission programs or by failing to notify the foundation in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by the foundation, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Father Isaac's Foundation, Inc., USA, from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with Father Isaac’s Foundation, Inc., may not use, copy, alter or modify the foundation’s photos, videos or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Father Isaac’s Foundation, Inc., USA.
