Agreement

Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully, especially concerning the photos and videos on the Sites. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not attend or participate in our free medical missions or use the Sites. By attending or participating in our free medical missions and/or using the Sites, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.

Attendance & Participation Policy

The Terms of Use (the “Terms”) describe the Terms for attending or participating in our free medical missions, and govern the use of the foundation's websites and all affiliated URLs and subdomains operated by Father Isaac's Foundation, Inc. (the “Site”), and the services offered on the Sites (“Services”).

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between any individual or entity that participates or attends our free medical missions; uses or accesses the Sites and/or Services (referred to as “you”, “your”, or “User” hereinafter), on the one hand, and Father Isaac's Foundation Inc., (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “foundation” hereinafter). 

Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits. We reserve the right to update, change or modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified Terms to the Sites. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately. You can view the most recent version of these Terms at any time at the Sites. Your continued attendance or participation in our free medical missions; and/or use of the Sites or Services after any changes have been made to the Terms signifies and confirms your acceptance of any such changes or amendments to the Terms.

Right Use Policy

The mission gallery contains photos and videos from past free medical mission programs of Father Isaac's Foundation, Inc. The foundation reserves the right to use any photo or video taken at these free medical mission programs, without the expressed written permission of those included in the photos or videos.

Photo & Video Use Policy

The foundation may use the photos or videos in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the foundation, including but not limited to websites, television, banners, flyers, brochures, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without the approval from the individual, parent or legal guardian.

Any person attending or participating in our free medical missions who does not wish to have his or her image recorded for distribution should make his or her wishes known to the photographer, and/or the free mission organizers. The foundation will honor your request, and use it for identification purposes only, and will hold it in confidence.

By attending or participating in our free medical missions or by failing to notify the foundation in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by the foundation, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Father Isaac's Foundation, Inc., from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with Father Isaac’s Foundation, Inc., may not use, copy, alter or modify the foundation’s photos, videos or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Father Isaac’s Foundation, Inc.
